Municipal Property Assessment Review
OPTION 1 : Download, print and fill out THIS FORM and take an appointment with Hampden General Manager ( RSVP : 819 560-8444 ) to bring your review request with the prescribed payment.
OPTION 2 : Go to the Quebec Governement relevant page for more informations and to fill in the online form and print it to bring with the prescribed payment at your appointment with Hampden General Manager (RSVP : 819 560-8444 ).
OPTION 3 : Take an appointment with Hampden General Manager (RSVP : 819 560-8444 ) to fill in an already printed form during your appointment and bring the prescribed payment.
OPTION 4 : You can also send your completed form by registered mail to Hampden Municipal Office. However you should calculate in advance, in case your application is found to be incomplete. In that case, you will have to get an appointment anyway with Hampden General Manager to complete your form so it can be sent BEFORE MAY 1st, 2025.
